Our products are fully refundable. If your piece isn't quite right, you may start a return within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. The return must be sent through a tracked service. Exchanges & Store Credit: We are happy to offer an exchange or store credit within the 15-day window. Manufacturing Errors: If your jewelry arrives with a defect or is damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. We will cover the return shipping and arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
