15-Day Return Window If your piece isn't quite right, you may request a return, exchange, or store credit within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Refunds We offer full refunds within the 15-day window. Please note that transaction fees collected by payment providers (such as PayPal or Stripe) may not be refundable depending on their policy. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account.

Exchanges & Store Credit We are happy to arrange an exchange or issue store credit within the same 15-day period.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. All returns must be sent via a tracked shipping service.

Manufacturing Defects & Transit Damage If your piece arrives with a defect or is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We will cover return shipping and arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
