How long will it take to receive my order?

Each order is packed and shipped with care. As a small team, we aim to process all orders within 5–7 business days. Once it ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Where do you ship from?

Your order may ship from either Toronto or our studio in China, depending on where it's in stock. Either way, we always ship with tracking.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Not yet! But all pieces come in our custom packaging—simple, reusable, and gift-ready.

Can I change my shipping address?

Yes—just email us at hello.noodnood@gmail.com before your order ships, and we’ll do our best to update it.

What is your return policy?

We don’t offer refunds at the moment, but if your piece isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer an exchange or store credit within 10 days of delivery. Just make sure the item is unworn and returned in its original packaging.

How do I request an exchange?

Email us with your order number and request. We’ll share the return details—just note that return shipping costs are not covered on our end.

What are your pieces made of?

Each piece begins with a 3D printed wax model, then cast in brass using traditional lost-wax techniques. They’re finished with a layer of rhodium—a rare, silver-toned metal known for its brilliance and durability.

Rarer than gold, rhodium gives each piece a luminous surface—made to last.

How do I take care of my jewellery?

Our pieces are made to be worn. Fresh water, sweat, and daily contact are generally fine—just dry them gently afterwards.

To keep your jewelry at its best, avoid long exposure to perfumes, harsh chemicals, or sulfur-rich environments like hot springs. When not in use, store your pieces in a dry, sealed place.

Will my piece tarnish?

A bit of darkening is normal. Our jewellery is constantly responding to its surroundings just like our body. A soft polishing cloth is included with every order. A gentle wipe is all it takes to bring back its shine—or let it change with time.
