All pieces are shipped with care—from our studio to wherever you are.
For now, most orders are dispatched from our Toronto studio. Depending on inventory and destination, some items may ship from our warehouse in China.
You will receive an order confirmation email. Once your package is on the way, you'll receive a tracking number by email.
Processing & Delivery Time
As a small team, we aim to process all orders within 7 business days. Delivery time varies by region:
Canada: 3–10 business days
International: 7–20 business days after dispatch

Shipping fees & Customs
Shipping fees vary by region and method, and tracking is always included. Please Aware:
We are not responsible for customs duties or taxes. These may be charged by your local customs office upon arrival.
Delays caused by customs inspections or international transit are beyond our control—we appreciate your patience.

PO box delivery is not available at this time—please provide a residential address.
Return & Exchanges
We currently do not offer refunds.
If your piece isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer an exchange or store credit within 15 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in original condition.
To start a return, email us at hello.noodnood@gmail.com with your order details. Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense, and we recommend using a tracked service.
Transaction fees collected by payment providers (such as PayPal or Stripe) may not be refundable depending on their policy 3–10 business days
Refunds, when applicable, may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account.
